As a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, my passion is to guide you toward your own curiosity, igniting a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and vibrant well-being. I believe an enlightened path is one enriched with nourishing, compassionate self-care practices that foster balance, resilience, and a deep connection to self, others, and Mother Nature.

My One to One Services

Integrative Massage Therapy

With over 25 years of experience in Eastern and Western bodywork, my massage sessions blend skilled diverse techniques with intuitive compassionate touch. Through meditative rhythm and adaptable pressure, I tailor each session to meet you where you are in your unique needs and comfort, while honoring your body’s capacity to heal safely and mindfully.

 My modalities include traditional Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, Reflexology, Acupressure, Shiatsu/5element theory assessment, elderly/hospice care, Prenatal, Labor/Delivery, Postpartum, Infant massage education, Tibetan Singing Bowl Vibrational Massage, and alignment focused techniques. I also offer integrative somatic sensory bodywork to engage a mind-body connection. These sessions combine open dialogue with various massage styles, guided visualization, sound bathing, and nervous system regulating breathing techniques - allowing a deeper release of stored emotional/physical tension while welcoming rest and relaxation.

Sound baths, using instruments such as Tibetan bowls, Shamanic drumming and koshi chimes, are also available as single or group sessions to promote wellbeing, nervous system balancing, and regulation among other benefits.

Happiness Coaching

Happiness Coaching in a one-to-one setting offers a deeply transformative personalized journey interweaving Eastern Vedic philosophy with Positive Psychology concepts. Through journaling, introspective mindful somatic activities, and cognitive reframing, these sessions are designed to guide you in making changes to thoughts, behaviors, and lifestyle, allowing you to cultivate a greater sense of happiness and contentment. Together, we identify your happiness barriers, build self-awareness, set realistic goals, and develop a new mindset that can inspire a shift in perspective and move you toward a more fulfilling life of abundance, grace and gratitude.

Available in 1-3 month programs consisting of online or in person weekly sessions lasting 90-120 minutes, alongside daily activities, and 15 minute weekly check in calls.

Conscious Culinary Arts

I believe that food and its preparation are sacred rituals—expressions of love, community, and reciprocity with the Earth and those who tend to her. Through conscious creative design, color, and presentation, I aim to enhance the energetics of digestion, both mentally and physically. With deep joy and intention, I craft each menu using sustainably farmed, fresh ingredients that harmonize with wellness retreat modalities. This mindful approach to cooking awakens the senses, nourishes the body, and fosters a deeper connection to Mother Earth’s abundant gifts.

Practice Partner Program

The Practice Partner Program helps to support you in building a consistent daily meditation and breathwork routine. Together we’ll design and create a personalized sequence that resonates for you and best suits your needs and schedule. Once established, we’ll set weekly sessions to meet and practice together, reinforcing and ensuring a lasting discipline.

Group Happiness Coaching

Experience the power of collective healing with Group Happiness Coaching, where Eastern Vedic philosophy meets Western positive psychology. Through guided meditative inquiry, shared reflective exercises, and astromoon transits for thematic guidance, we create a supportive community for broadening life perspectives with grace and gratitude. Engaging in this dynamic group setting fosters personal growth while deepening connections with our shared humanity, amplifying the journey to inner happiness.

Shunyata Breathwork & Meditation (SBM)

Shunyata Breathwork and Meditation is a thoughtfully designed structured program that blends ancient Eastern techniques with modern mindfulness practices. This class guides you to connect with your energetic centers, balance your brain hemispheres, cultivate inner stillness through the practice of “emptiness”, and allow you to embrace a feeling of calm, even in life’s most chaotic moments. A powerful tool for stress management and nervous system balance, SBM helps you build a sustainable daily routine through breath awareness and meditation, realigning you with the deep peace that already exists within.

NavRasa: The Art of Emotional Balancing

NavRasa is a transformative experiential practice rooted in Indian Vedic philosophy that explores the nine core human emotions. Through inquiry meditation activities, music, sharing, deep listening, and blindfolded somatic expressive movement, this workshop offers a unique journey into emotional awareness and self-reflection. By creating a safe and intentional space to invite, embody, accept, and reframe our narratives around these emotions, we allow them to flow naturally through us. As we create space for this process, we allow inner abundance to thrive, organically deepening relationships, expanding perspectives, and fostering personal growth.

Forest Therapy and Nature Mindfulness

Forest Therapy/Forest Bathing is the Japanese practice of giving/receiving healing through the natural world. A '“forest bath” is a slow, intentional walk through the woods, guided by the rhythms of nature. We pause often, settling into “sitting spots” to breathe, listen, and follow simple meditative invitations that awaken the senses and deepen our connection to the Earth. Quiet reflection allows you to cultivate presence, compassion, and a fresh perspective inspired by the natural world. Backed by research, this practice supports mind-body-spirit wellness—reducing stress, anxiety, blood pressure, and even boosting immune function.

I take a collaborative, intuitive approach to wellness, empowering you to become an active participant in your own well-being. Together, we can explore and design personalized self-care routines, lifestyles, and goals that are not only achievable but also sustainable and fulfilling. Inspired by my own slow and steady journey of recovery and spiritual transformation, I believe the interweaving of integrative mind-body techniques, grounded in grace, nature, gratitude, curiosity, kindness, and faith in the resilience of the human spirit, allows for a compassionate human experience in one’s healing. Wherever you are in your process, I will meet you there and walk beside you, gently guiding you back to your inner well of health and wellness.
